here in K-Town

well that's day two of barbering down, one more to go this week ... i certainly have a split life these days ... and, honestly, i love both of them ... i do miss being around the Fiddleguy's Place (or the Fuddleguy, if you have a twisted sense of humour like Stu) to be part of all the carryings on but i love living in a Univsersity city ... the bulletin boards in all the funky cafes, etc., are filled with interesting things to do and try, should one have the time and the inclination ... mostly i am home working on all my creative projects ... namely, rehearsing my vocals for The Open Sesames (it appears this may well wind up being our "banner" and yes we ARE definitely open to fun, magic, hijinks of various descriptions and, most importantly, to each other's creative ideas) as well as writing poetry and prose for The OS, creating my visual work (known as "AVA Isms") and plugging away at a major tarot project aptly named "Tarotscapes" ... jeez, everything from soup to nuts ... no wonder i like to spend a certain number of hours a week trying to perfect ultra-precise haircuts ... it gives me a completely different and grounding focus ... anyway just got home and must change from thorny clothing to soothing (ach! these little hairs)
